128 channel 8-UP thermal ctp printing machine similar as Cron ctp DOIE Thermal-CTP uses the most advanced and stable V model guide rail fixed position technology , fusion servo maglev technology ,using automatic loading way and 830nm laser diodes ,made the high energy field value of thermal material development ,high development quality ,after baking ,the thermal plate could print about million plates .

Applications: CTP platemaking machines generally divided into inside drum, the drum type, plate type, and curve type four major categories. In the four types at present, the most use is the internal drum and the drum; the performance with most high-grade CTP platemaking machines is the drum type.
Worked in pre-press printing process, it can be used to connect with bridge and stacker to make up an integral pre-press workflow, which will improve production efficiency and reduce labor cost. UV-CTP can fit the conventional plate whose cost is lower than thermal plate. That is why UV-CTP will be the main stream pre-press equipment in future development.
Digital workflow is integrated control the whole printing production process software system.
Recently, mainstream digital working flows in the market are all applied to DOIE-CTP series.

Q: Does it easy to operate?
A: Our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man, what you do is just learn some basic thing like loading the jumbo roll paper, start the machine and cutting the paper.
We will send you manual and video, but we suggest you to come to visit our factory to learn more thing by yourself. And if there is something goes wrong, you can call us, video-chat, email us. We will give solutions within 36 hrs.
Q: If I don't know how to operate, how can I get installation and training?
A: Our engineer can be distributed to overseas as you required.
We have an experienced in-service group; our engineer can go to your factory for installation and training approx.1 week. You have to cover all the food, hotel and flight ticket expense.
Q: If there is any problem on machine, how can I solve it?
A: First of all, we have online service, after submitting and problem we will come up with solution. If you can solve it yourself, we will give you procedure step by step teach you solve it, by msg, pic, voice or video talk. Normally we are good at video talk, and it is most successful method. If any electronic parts in problem which is occurred itself (not improper operation), within one-year warranty we will send new parts for replacement. You just cover the cost of freight or air lift.

Q: What happens once I have placed my order?
A: You will receive an invoice immediately via email to confirm that we have your payment. Within 30 days more or less we will ship CTP machine to you

Q: What is the Warranty?
A: Our CTP machine supply 18 months warranty, one-year warranty for parts.
During this period, we will bear the cost for defective parts arisen by quality and send the parts by
courier. But the freight charge should be paid by the buyer.
Additionally, if the defective parts are arisen by improper use of buyer, we will not supply free.
Q: What are the Packaging Details?
