32 channel 4-UP UV CTP printing machine in cheap price but not used ctpDOIE UV-CTP uses the most advanced and stable V model guide rail fixed position technology, fusion servo maglev technology, using automatic loading way and 405nm laser diodes, made the high energy field value of thermal material development, high development quality, after baking, the UV plate could print about million plates.

Description:DOIE UV-CTP uses special laser diode and external drum design, to ensure the biggest energy transfer efficiency and exposure precision.
DOIE UV-CTP use the most advanced and stable guide rail technology, using automatic loading way and 405nm laser diode, digital process workflow, high precision dot, low cost UV (CTcP) plates, reducing the cost.
We use reliable control circuity system. By using control method of negative feedback, the circuitry achieves constant-current control, DA output power adjust continuously, LD output follow control signal, which output pulse by using on-off mode, therefore the standby power is low.
Also, with ultrahigh frequency MOS pipe and high-speed operational amplifier made the voltage pulse rise and fall time on the LD shortest.

Q: Does it easy to operate?
A: Our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man, what you do is just learn some basic thing like loading the jumbo roll paper, start the machine and cutting the paper.
We will send you manual and video, but we suggest you to come to visit our factory to learn more thing by yourself. And if there is something goes wrong, you can call us, video-chat, email us. We will give solutions within 36 hrs.
Q: If I don't know how to operate, how can I get installation and training?
A: Our engineer can be distributed to overseas as you required.
We have an experienced in-service group; our engineer can go to your factory for installation and training approx.1 week. You have to cover all the food, hotel and flight ticket expense.
Q: If there is any problem on machine, how can I solve it?
A: First of all, we have online service, after submitting and problem we will come up with solution. If you can solve it yourself, we will give you procedure step by step teach you solve it, by msg, pic, voice or video talk. Normally we are good at video talk, and it is most successful method. If any electronic parts in problem which is occurred itself (not improper operation), within one-year warranty we will send new parts for replacement. You just cover the cost of freight or air lift.

A: You will receive an invoice immediately via email to confirm that we have your payment. Within 30 days more or less we will ship CTP machine to you

A: Our corporate office is open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (PST)
Q: What is the Warranty?
A: Our CTP machine supply 18 months warranty, one-year warranty for parts.
During this period, we will bear the cost for defective parts arisen by quality and send the parts by
courier. But the freight charge should be paid by the buyer.
Additionally, if the defective parts are arisen by improper use of buyer, we will not supply free.
Q: What are the Packaging Details?
